Sherin Abraham, DNP, MS-FNP-BC, AGACNP, brings over 20 years of cardiology experience and is a driving force in advancing cardiovascular care across both clinical and community settings. As the primary investigator of AMI readmissions, she spearheaded the creation and system-wide expansion of a high-impact Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) Program, leading transformative improvements in patient outcomes and quality of care. Dr Abraham is a public speaker and a passionate advocate for preventive/functional medicine; she founded CPR Hikers. She received the New York State Senate 2019 Commendation Award for her community work in cardiovascular disease prevention and CPR education for friends and families. Dr. Abraham earned her BSN from CMC Vellore, MSN-FNP from Molloy College, AGACNP from New York University and DNP from Walden University.
