Hyo Jin Kang, MSN, AGNP-C, is Clinical Director of the Structural Heart Program at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Jin has started her nursing career in 2008 at Mount Sinai and joined Cath lab in 2012 as cath lab nurse and also worked as TAVR nurse. She then became a nurse practitioner and worked briefly as Cath Lab NP prior to transitioning to her role in TAVR program. Under her leadership, Mount Sinai TAVR program was the 1st in NYC to receive ACC TAVR Certification and recently was awarded with the ACC/STS TVT-Registry 3-star recognition in 2022 for exceptional outcomes.
