The 2026 Complex Coronary Cases Symposium has been designed to meet the educational needs of Interventional and General Cardiologists who manage patients with complex coronary artery disease. Cardiology Fellows with an interest in Interventional Cardiology and Nurses, Technicians, and other Allied Health Care Professionals who work in Cardiac Catheterization and Vascular laboratories will also benefit from this activity.

The primary objective of this program is to enhance participants' knowledge and understanding of advanced interventional techniques and devices for managing complex coronary disease. Upon completing this activity, participants will be able to:

• Identify appropriate revascularization strategies for complex left main and multivessel coronary artery disease.
• Select optimal calcium modification techniques for heavily calcified lesions.
• Assess when protected PCI and left ventricular assist devices are indicated.
• Evaluate current evidence supporting the use of drug-coated balloons.
• Integrate intravascular imaging and physiological assessment into procedural optimization.
• Apply artificial intelligence tools to enhance procedural planning and clinical decision-making.
• Differentiate cases requiring surgical referral from those suitable for percutaneous intervention.
